Sunset in a can

Sunset lamp by Vito

Lovely.

Last night we spent on the roof terrace, as the day had been sunny and we decided on a rooftop BBQ. First time success and we did not forget the marshmallows 😉

Although it got a bit chilly, we stayed out pretending to be in The Great Outdoors, but, under a blanket. In the afternoon our son Vito (9) had been using his soldering iron, making a lamp from a espresso coffee container. Turning it upside down, with the plastic cover now serving as a removable bottom -perfect for replacing the tealights, his idea!- he made this clever SUNSET IN A CAN. {This we noticed later, on the roof ;-)}
