Construction art

And this one I could never have guessed, I was told by one of the makers: It’s a t-shirt!

I love the art kids make in school, and my favorite group is probably the youngest, as they show such an unconditioned approach. (There are quit a few examples in the category Early Works.)

But the works shown today are actually of the most mature group in school, the 11 and 12 year olds. The theme seems to be construction, show the construction of everyday objects. So instead of an unconditioned flow of expression, they had to study and think really hard about their subject and then make it. The t-shirt structure to me is a complete eye-opener!
