Paint the pictures that you long for | A Note To Self

PTP 18022019 | Painting Eva Cassidy’s voice

Eva Cassidy, I didn’t know her, my sister* left her name on a napkin, to check it out.  The song I heard before (here featuring Michael Bolton – I know, but!) it’s the type of song that can cut your cords, leave you immobile… the music painting a picture.

*) I have one sister, she is a few years older, and last Christmas she stayed over a few nights, after she had suffered chemotherapy for several weeks. “When this is over I want to see you”, she said on the phone. We never make a biggie out of Christmas, nor do we hang out together, as we are very different women, but we spent some quality time, for the first time in  a g e s. Determined to look forward, be optimistic.

PS | 19 feb 2019:

The picture I took, to remind me in the morning. The lense on my iPhone is gone, but it worked. Taking note.
